Our Mission Statement

Our mission is to help group retirement plans be the best they can be, wherever they are and regardless of size.


Step One: join (or help establish) a Pension Committee.  We have the training and expertise to help your company define roles and responsibilities, train your group (if needed) and help run governance.


Fundamentally important to our mission of creating and sustaining viable pension committee is our absolute autonomy.  We occupy a seat at the table, acting as an experienced pension committee member, unencumbered by the concept of impressing other members or selling additional products or services. 


Step Two: frequent health-checks, find shortcomings, and work on them.


Step Three: document and archive everything we do.


Fundamental to our role is our complete autonomy.  Our only source of income is what we arrange with you and is based solely on our Scope of Services Agreement.
